The European Coating Show (ECS) is the leading exhibition for the international coating and paint industry. The show is held every two years, in Nuremberg International Expo.

Since 1999, this show has been successfully developed into the largest professional exhibition in the coating industry.

On March 28-30 2023, We, at G&J Resources, attended the European Coating Show to continue our cooperation in European and international market as a supplier of TiO2.

It was pleasing for us to meet our partners and friends during the exhibition, exchanging ideas and the latest news in the industry. We also met many new clients with whom discussed the solutions for TiO2 enquiries.

The first edition of the European Coating Show after the pandemic, brought 1157 companies from 48 countries to take part in the trade show and marking an all-time record. The fact that the event was remarkably well received gives an excellent outlook for 2023. Trade visitors from over 120 countries came to Nuremberg to find raw materials and innovations related to paints and coatings, adhesives, sealants and construction chemicals production.

The product spectrum at the European Coatings Show reflects the innovations in paint and coatings. Every two years, the formulators of paint, coatings, adhesives and sealants, producer of additives, producer of construction chemical products, industrial processors and representatives from science and research discuss the latest developments in the coatings industry.

The global paint and coatings industry is a major subset of the international chemical industry. In 2021, the global industry was estimated to be valued at some 160 billion dollars. It is forecast that by 2029 the sector’s market value will surpass 235 billion U.S. dollars. Market growth is mainly driven by increasing demand in the construction, automotive, wood, railing, and packaging coatings industries.
